R3 Voyage Kids Club runs a carefully planned open programme across the holiday week. We offer a balanced programme that runs throughout the week, giving children access to a variety of creative, physical, and off-site experiences. This approach allows children to settle, build friendships, and feel part of a consistent group, while giving us the flexibility to respond to the children attending each day, their interests, age mix, and group dynamics. Activities and outings may vary from day to day, but all children attending during the week will experience a high-quality, engaging programme designed to support wellbeing, confidence, and enjoyment. Where fixed off-site trips or workshops are planned, parents will always be informed in advance and appropriate consent will be obtained. Final scheduling may vary and details will be shared nearer the time. This model helps us prioritise children’s experience and care, rather than a rigid day-by-day timetable.
